Kelley brings more than 35 years of Management, Financial Budgeting, Operations, Compliance, and Human Resources Management experience to FoxChase Advisors, LLC.

Before joining FoxChase Advisors, LLC Kelley retired as a senior executive with a large public school district in Southern New Jersey.  Before taking the role of Practice Leader Kelley assisted and then led our efforts with our engagement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through the Office of the Receiver, for Chester, Pennsylvania.  Kelley is based in both Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Kelley Settles is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (PENN).
