Mr. Santone has served on the FoxChase advisory board since its inception.
Tom has more than 45 years experience as a lawyer specializing in corporate transactions and tax law spanning various industries. Tom founded and served as chairman of his own private international investment banking and asset management firm, PrimeSolutions Group, LLC, where the firm provided extensive advisory services to clients in Europe, Central and South America, and the Middle East. Currently, Tom serves as Principal at the law offices of Tom Santone, LLC where he is outside counsel and senior legal advisor to a number of privately held businesses and high net worth individuals. Tom is a previous Chairman of the Board of the Board of Directors for the Community College of Allegheny County ("CCAC"). Tom Santone concurrently serves as a Vice Chairman of FoxChase Advisors, LLC. Tom is a graduate of Cornell University, Duquesne University Law School and the Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Tom Santone resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. with his wife.

Mr. Pemberton has served on the FoxChase Advisors, LLC, advisory board since its inception. Dennis brings more than 30 plus years of investment banking, corporate management, asset management, strategic leadership and board service to FoxChase Advisors, LLC. Dennis Pemberton, Jr., currently serves as Executive Managing Director of The Dawson Company, an Atlanta-based real estate company founded in 1969. Concurrently, Mr. Pemberton serves as a co-founder and Managing Partner of Raymond Street Advisors, a NYC based privately held strategic investment firm. Prior to The Dawson Company, Dennis was Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Global Asset Alternatives, LLC ("GAA"). Prior to GAA, Mr. Pemberton served as Managing Director of Shoptaw & Garrard. LLC a boutique Investment Management firm. Mr. Dennis Pemberton, Jr., serves on or as an advisor to various privately held and non profit board of directors. Dennis is a graduate of Morehouse College, the Harvard Business School, and received an executive certificate in real estate development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Mr. Dennis Pemberton resides in NYC with his wife.

Mr. Irwin has served on the FoxChase Advisors, LLC, advisory board since its inception. Mr. Irwin brings over 40 years of legal, political, government and business experience to FoxChase Advisors, LLC. Mr. Irwin is a senior partner at the national law firm Leech, Tishman, where he handles business matters, routinely interacts with government bodies, and counsels high-level management defending against or asserting allegations of fraudulent conduct. Steve led the firm's Labor & Employment Group for a decade and continues to counsel clients on all legal aspects of the employment relationship and labor compliance, with special emphasis on the financial services sector. Steve served as Commissioner of Banking & Securities under two Pennsylvania Governors and sat on the Board of Trustees of the Investor Protection Trust. He served as President-Elect of the North American Securities Administrators Association and held leadership roles on the Federal Legislation Committee, Enforcement Section, and the Dodd-Frank Working Group. Steve was an independent director of the third business development fund of Franklin Square Investments. Steve served as a young aide in the United State Senate for Senator Arlen Spector and began his career as a law clerk to Third Circuit Judge Joseph F. Weis, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals. In February of 2023 Steve became Governor Josh Shapiro's first appointment when he was named to the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline. Judge Irwin was a former candidate for the United States Congress representing Pittsburgh and its surrounding communities and was a former candidate for Pennsylvania Lt. Governor. Judge Steven Irwin is a graduate of Harvard College and the Georgetown University Law Center. Judge Irwin resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. with his wife.

Mrs. Carla Rosen-Vacher has served on the FoxChase Advisors, LLC, advisory board since 2022. Mrs. Rosen Vacher is a respected international business and cultural advisor and a former government official with both the united States Department of State and Commerce, representing America's interests abroad serving at various senior-level capacities at various United States Embassies including Paris (Chief of Protocol) and Luxembourg (Economic and Business Affairs). Mrs. Rosen-Vacher is fluent is various languages, apart from English, including French, German and Luxembourgish which is native to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Mrs. Carla Rosen-Vasher is an investor and business advisors in various Hollywood entertainment projects. Carla is a graduate of Harvard College and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn). A native of NYC, Mrs. Carla Rosen-Vasher currently resides in Europe with her husband.

Mr. George Miles, Jr. has served on the FoxChase Advisors, LLC advisory board since its inception. Mr. George Miles, Jr. is a retired respected media executive, where he ended his professional career as CEO of WQED of Pittsburgh (1994-2002). WQED is the local Pittsburgh PBS affiliate known as the home of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood and other Emmy award winning PBS produced shows. Prior to WQED, Mr. Miles served as Executive Vice President of NYC based WNET/13 (1984-1994). Mr. George Miles has served on many non profit and corporate boards of directors including: Chester Engineers, Harley-Davidson, WESCO International and AIG (where he served as Chairman of the board nomination committee). He is emeritus member of the University of Pittsburgh, Ringling College of Art & Design and WEDU. Mr. Miles is a Vietnam veteran and is active in the Boule fraternity. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson and Seton Hall University. Mr. George Miles, Jr. currently resides with his wife in Sarasota, Florida.
