Larry DeMonaco is a retired seasoned corporate executive with over 35 years of Management, Strategy, and C-suite responsibilities. Larry spent the majority of his career working for the General Electric company (GE), rising to Senior Vice President and Head of Global Human Resources for the Services Businesses of GE. Early on in his career, he was one of 25 individuals chosen out of 6000 applicants to join GE’s Human Resource Leadership Program. Larry opened and lead GE businesses in 42 countries. Larry’s strategic advice was relied upon by various corporate group CEO’s, including GE Power and GE Capital.
After retirement from GE, Larry continued as a sought after consultant by CEO’s and other C-suite executives. Some of his previous clients include: 3M, Reader’s Digest Asia, Pitney Bowes, Florida Rail Road, and the United Way of Connecticut. He maintained active offices in both Stamford, CT. and Naples, FL. Following his relocation to the Pittsburgh region, Larry continued his work as an Executive Coach with the firm Coach Monique & Associates.
